This agreement is a legal contract established between you and Yilian VPN (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (hereinafter referred to as 'this App').

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or service fees, and material fee changes will be communicated to users. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system protections and affect App operation.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: this App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signals, or local network restrictions. Mobile carriers may charge data fees when the App is used outside Wi-Fi, and roaming costs are the user’s responsibility. Before using the App, make sure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. For example, service unavailability caused by device battery depletion is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate routing information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from such data. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install updates when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services without prior notice. After termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.
